I ran the gauntlet & popped into Halfords this morning. Picked up the last 1200GS on the 'clearance' shelf.

You are correct! (at least for Perth store) I can't claim credit for finding them though - I got the nod on the "bargain" section on the site ages ago and 'phoned the store to reserve the last 3 stock. The girl at the till told me that someone had bought "the other one" the day before. Who is the mystery owner then?
