For an 1150GSA (2003). Done a search but can't find anything. Anyone know where I can download one please?

I'm pretty sure that there is no electronic version ( PDF file). The electronic version of the rider manuals only started appearing with the next generation (2005 onwards).

I think Motorworks and maybe motobins sell the hard copies.
