Oxford Products great service!

I posted here last week about a problem with my Schuberth C2 crash helmet, see link below.

Have started a new thread cos I thought that would bring this more attention.
I had not heard back from Sherlocks by Thursday so rang them again, they had no luck finding parts or service as the helmet is obsolete. I then rang Oxford Products (the importers for Suhuberth) and spoke to Kevin who took my details and asked me to ring back Monday if I had not heard anything by then. Saturday morning, today I received the part required for the repair at no charge. Now fitted and fully working again. Thanks Kevin and Oxford Products, top company and great service

Seconded. I had some Sports Panniers from them - 5 years of abuse later a zip "burst". I thought I was chancing my arm with their "lifetime" guarantee, but good to their word, they replaced them wih a new (updated) set. OK it took a few weeks, but hats off by standing behind your product.

Oxford? 10/10.
