Oxford Sovereign magnetic tank bag. A really good bag, in great condition.. Well made, expandable, base zips off to leave a standalone map holder, bag has rucksack straps for carrying. There’s tie down loops should you want to use it as a tailpack. The magnetic flaps clip together for easier carrying. Comes with rain cover. I’ve got too many bags, so this one is for sale.
