P&O V Norfolk lines

After a recent aborted trip to the Elefantentreffen (blown engine etc) we arrived at Rotterdam and were charged £100 to move our booking two days forward by P and O.
On arrival at Birkenhead, Norfolk Lines moved our booking forward free of charge.

Pissed and Off. Yeah, definitely.

P and O moved mine forward last year 1 day for nothing?they said it didnt matter as long as there was space
