Only problem now seems to be a bit of pain/numbness in the right hand wrist, though hard to tell if this is from bike, mouse or a combination of the two!
Years ago, using a computer mouse was so painful that I had to learn to to use it left handed (not that hard TBH). A saw a chiropractor who checked out my right wrist and weak forearm muscles. But work on my neck and shoulders vastly improved the wrist problems. I had signs of a condition called TOS (Thoracic Outlet Syndrome), tight scalene muscles, caused by poor posture and some neck spinal issues.
I was so impressed that I eventually got the cash and time to train as a chiropractor. I guess that coming from a systems engineer background piqued my interest.
