Paint jobs - Please take a look.

BSA Sloper

Here's another one for you lovely ladies ... This time, it's a bit of British vintage

Circa 1930 BSA Sloper

It was in pretty bad shape, but then again so will I be when I'm 85 years old!!!

As usual, it's all paint and no vinyl, the one exception this time being the BSA water transfers in the centre each side.

There's a full 7 hours of masking in this one, I was cross eyed by the time I'd finished!! :eek

Oh how I wish I had your talent....................... Nice to see in this day of vinyl etc etc.......................

You should do this malarkey for a living.............. Ya not bad at it.

It's ok fella, I get the gist ;) It's very satisfying work, albeit also very time consuming :o

I was just flicking through some photos from this year and I realised that I didn't post this one up.

When the build thread for this bike started being written I was selling cars for a living in another life! Some 5 years (and many twists and turns) later I had started CT motorcycles and was approached to paint it. I'd watched the bike go from a humble R80 to a high end airhead racer, the bike and the build thread are infamous on here so it was almost surreal to be the guy to finish it off. It's a funny old world!

The design for this one wasn't mine although I did have to massage it here and there. Enjoy the photographs :thumb

Cracking paint Chris and really nice looking bike, not to much just enough. Pretty good photographs as well..:thumb2

It's not often I struggle to get the parts into the booth to paint. This 41L Touratech tank however was one of those rare occasions. I had to very carefully 'bend' it round the door ;)

It's been a little bit like painting the moon!! :D

I know I don't need to say this but ....... it's all paint, no stickers or vinyl ......:rob
