A previous owner did a rubbish paint job on my rocker covers with what looks like black hammerite smooth.
It needs to come off, please does anyone have any suggestions for removing this? I will need to use some kind of chemical agent rather than just abrasion, because it's in some nooks and crannies that I can't easily reach.
What's effective, but safe to use on alloy?
