Paint Restoration

I'm thinking of restoring my R80ST. The paint (red) has faded quite a bit and it's picked up a few nicks since 1982. Anyone know who can do a really good paintjob that looks like the factory finish. So many restored BMWs I've seen never seem to get the paint quite right. It's always the stripes. My ST has the silver stripes and you can almost see the paintmarks in the stripes. Who can do that these days? I don't want stick on, I'll want it to be exactly as new, and have a vague notion of trying to go for a concours job.
Not many of these around now!
Also fancy doing the MC Piston 5000 curves rally on it first though, and that's in September.

Thanks for all this guys! It's going to be a winter project for me - getting a new garage sorted out first and I'll need to get the rest of the bike sorted first as well. One of those 980 kits sounds interesting too...!
