Painted panniers?

Got some new city lids for my BMW panniers, but thinking I might paint them to kinda match my Trax top box.

The below are regular pannier lids, but you get the idea...

Thoughts?

PS Paint them a colour that doesn't show your boot marks or when you skim the garage wall

They came out a little 'weathered' looking so they kinda match the topbox.

It´s very much winter in here also. So I´m thinking about painting one my helmets in my new bikes colors. Since my beemer is Mandarin yellow I was thinking that yellow should be primary color and maybe black or silver as extra. Sadly I´m no good using Photoshop ie. so just gonna have to give it a go. It´s a Sinisalo MX helmet.

That game out nice. It was the best of your options IMO.
