Pairing a system 6 to iphone

Tried the normal, Settings - bluetooth - search for devices but will not locate helmet.

It will still pair to my old iphone, even when I turn bluetooth off on old phone it still will not find new phone.

I can assume helmet needs reset or something as it finds old phone & not new one, and I've the house turned upside down looking for instructions for Comms. system

Have you tried deleting the pairing at the helmet. I am assuming you have the BMW system 6 bluetooth set up, from memory you have to press both buttons together to delete all pairings, then make the helmet discoverable again, should work?

Might also be worth checking the software levels on the iphones. If they are different this could be the problem.
