Hi Tossers!
I bought my very first GS (a 2009 Adventure) this weekend and would like some advice on Pannier bags. First up, I have the "BMW Aluminium" panniers for the Adventure (which I think are the ones on P29 of this brochure: http://www.bmw-motorrad.co.uk/media/pdf/motorrad-accessories-brochure.pdf). Are these the same as the Touratech Zega Pro panniers? Or are there subtle differences?
Ideally I'd like some inner bags - both to protect the cases and protect the contents from the oily pannier surface, but would I need BMW ones or do other manufacturers make bags to fit?
A set of carry handles would be great too and result in the same question - do I have to go for BMW ones or do other manufacturers make ones to fit?
Many thanks all
-Dino.
P.S. Do I need to get my GSA covered in mud before I'm considered a "real" GSer?
