Pannier Bolts (replacement part enquiry)

I went out on my GS today- noticed that one of the 'stubby' bolts that the standard panniers attatch to has shaken loose and lost itself. It is the bolt with a nut retainer. Big chunky fat headed bolt (weighty)- anyway.... wondering if anyone knows the part number or where I can get a replacement part as I cannot attach the pannier without the bolt to attatch the lock mech. (red plastic latch on standard pannier) to... can anyone help?
