Pannier Hire/ selling???

I'm one of the many waiting for my adv boxes but I have now reached crunch time regarding my luggage. I away for a 3 1/2 weeks Euro tour starting with the Garmish do in July, but as yet have no Ally panniers. I want the BM ones but what do I do. Order my second choice Hepko and Becker units or hang fire and hope turn up in the next 3 weeks.

Does anybody hire panniers??

Has anybody upgraded and got an spare set clogging up there garage for sale that could see me through this holiday??

I've mailed H&B on prices and delivery times so will have to make a decision before weekend me thinks.
