Packaway holdall
Just got some of "packaway holdalls" in Tesco, only £1!!! Have just tried them in my vario panniers and they fit quite well. The bags are not too deep so when the panniers are extended two should fit in each side fine.

why not just use the carriers? they're free

Tried that but the panniers were much more secure, theres no mounting kit for the carriers...............
