R100gs 1990 bumblebee.
Right system pannier (old type with leather look handle).
The lock which latches to the frame has been busted at some point and will not lock.
Latches to the bike fine but the key part is broken.
I want to remove it and swap with one of the top one as they are all ok.
Cannot get the bloody key barrel out , had a look on you tube and can’t see anything for the panniers I have.
OEM part , one key works everything on the bike.
The newer type (1100/1150) I’ve done before and there is a small hole where you poke some wire but can’t see on these ones .

The removal of the lock is ever so slightly different to the one in the video but the same idea. I had to use a curved pick to get the barrel out rather than the Allen key.
Easy enough to do, once removed the barrel literally fell apart, missing and broken pins.
Removed one of the top ones and fitted it to the latch.
I’ll get a replacement lock at some point.

Thanks again for the video .

I've found 2, covered in grease, so they look a bit gross. A spray with degreaser, and a wipe, they will come up new. No key, however.IMG_4093.JPG

Managed to get the lock recoded and fitted today, now it all locks to the same key.
Couldn’t find a clear tutorial on YouTube so was trial and error.
Took couple hours and it was a c@@t on but it’s all done, glad I salvaged a couple of spare pins from the broken lock as I didn’t need them.
Thanks to Gelandestrasse for getting them to me
