Pannier Locking Plate

Hi,

Has anyone experience of replacing the orange/red pannier locking plate on the black BMW Touring panniers. Returned to my bike and found it lying on the floor, broad daylight motorway services M6.

I've never replaced one - but I had one break on me and did another couple of years with it broken - if it's just the end thats broken then it doesn't affect the integrity of the security.
