Hi folks, this one is driving me mental.
I have a set of BMW 1150 ADV alu panniers and I am trying to recode the locks to my key. The panniers are unlocked at the moment. How on earth do you remove the lock barrels when you dont have a key that fits. I know if you have a key you turn it 90 degrees and this exposes the pin that you depress to release it but I obviously cant turn the lock at all. Have read all the threads on re coding but dont seem to be getting this one at all.
