Pannier locks.

Got a set of panniers for an R80 GS. No keys and one lock missing. Going to order a set from Motobins if I can figure out how to get the u/s ones out. Did the same job recently for my 11** but these are different.
Any help appreciated. The catches are like this.

BUMP.

Not had any luck getting these out. Seems you need to turn them to the locked position in order to depress the retaining tab but can't see how with no key.
Thought I'd better walk away as there was nearly a pannier shaped hole in the greenhouse!
Any pearls of wisdom, failing that any for sale WITH keys?

No, no number that I can see.

Lock Shop in Dundee, had the first one out in about a minute, too busy to do all there and then. Pick up the panniers on Monday. Result.

Is it just me, or are those particular locks always a real pain in the bum to operate?

I find them fine when on the bike but very awkward otherwise.
