Pannier mounting kits

Has anyone on here ever made any pannier mounting kits ala Touratwat?

No, just paid loads to buy the Touratech stuff, that may make weak, but I don't have the kit to make them, even if I have the ability.

I posted recently about getting a set of these and was pointed towards Roger at 'Ardcases' who is very kindly getting a set milled down locally to the size i need and posting them for £40 all in. Top Bloke and for that price didn't seem worth any fecking about?
