pannier rack and remus

Getting annoyed now,can't see how the TT rack fits with the Remus Revolution on an 1100.I can more or less line it up but exhaust bracket is long way off frame where it normally fixes.Also the exhaust is only about 1cm from tyre and exhaust touches bottom bracket of pannier(don't know if they are heat proof)
Does any of you helpful people have same set up,if so would it be possible to take a pic.

Stupid question - are you sure you've got the right rack?

TT do 'Special Sets' (Sonder Systems) to fit 1100 & 1150 - they are completely different and cannot be successfully altered to fit the other.

The 1150 Special Set I had fitted very snugly around the standard can - I don't think a Remus would've fitted with the same rack (although I never tried it).

Bought them off Pegasus on here with zega panniers.Would be no problem with standard pipe.He said it can be done with a Remus.

Hmm !

Sigood , Take a photo , i am havin a problem visualising this.
The whole thing should fit nicely.
Its not right when the exhaust is so close to the tyre/wheel.
Its not right either when the Exhaust is touching , in sayin that
the damage causing heat comes from the Exhaust end.
Take the Pics , and post em , either on here or to me.

Oh and when its sorted , I sell Remus extensions which you will
need.
