Pannier Straps - Can anyone recommend any particular?

Looking for pannier straps (the likes of which to strap tent equipment, roll mats etc to the top of GSA Aluminium Panniers/Top Box)..

Seem to be struggling to find them.. any recommendations?

Halfords, can't remember what they are called about £10 for 2.I Use them exactly the same as you want to.

I got some straps off my local bmw dealer (free), they are the ones they use to strap the bikes when they are delivered to the shop... If they are too long just cut them to the right length and seal the frayed end with a naked flame using something like a gas cooker or fag lighter..

The free BMW straps are good.... and free is difficult to fault.

More expensive but excellent, are Roc straps. Way better than anything else on the market. Buy and use with 100% confidence.

Them's the ones

Thumb lock cams, strong enough to take a 20 stone bloke's weight when suspended out of a window of a Spanish Finca (DAMHIK )

They are white, so if you like everything colour matched, they might offend your eyes, but if you speak nicely to the service manager at your local BMW dealer, you'll walk out with dozens of them for nothing

I get on well with my local dealer, but if you don't know yours, maybe have a friendly chat and suggest that you buy them all a box of doughnuts or something.....it sounds potty, but WTF it does work

I've got a set and they work really well ... the straps extend more than enough to get a tent / additional luggage underneath .... and they have a quick release clip for easy removal ....


I think they retail at £20 a side but my local BMW dealer sold them to me for £15 each ....

So yeah they are more expensive than the free transport straps ...

or, as has already been said, get down to your local dealer,
and get some straps for free, they usually just through them away.

i use the straps that come with the bmw inner bags. they work a treat with roll mats, sleeping bags etc.

Rok straps mate, amazon has them
