Panniers barrels

Do anybody know of a dealer in the Teesside area that can re-codes key to pannier barrels?

quite easy to do it yourself rather than pay through the nose for a dealer to do it, video`s online to guide you, you do not need to reconfigure all the lock plates, I did 4 out of the 6 in my barrels. If you decide to do it yourself and you need any of the lock plates I have several spare or you can get a kit from motorworks at £20 a kit.
Maybe a kindly nearby tosser could help?
