Panniers - need help

I am keen to get the bmw side panniers and am looking for the best price for the two keyed.

I know this has been covered before and remember recently seeing North Oxford Garages having apparently done a deal with someone on this site at £365. So I called them yesterday and quoted me £440.

I live in London and am prepared to ride approx 70-100 miles to get them fitted ( I have a full Remus system and want to make absolutely sure they fit.

Has anyone bought them recently and who is prepared to share their price and dealer with me?

I assume from your profile that you are talking about a GS1200 - it is safe to say that if the original exhaust end-can is binned......... then no aftermarket exhaust is going to take up more space than the original. So - you will have no problem fitting the Varios

Have a look on Ebay for the Varios - they are going for around £360 just now, I think?

Yeah get some off ebay and key them yourself, it's easy, about 10 Min's max a side even for a beginner

you mention keying in the panniers lock, how to do this? I recently got a set of almost new Varios' from a guy that was putting H&B's on, he gave me the keys with the panniers, but it would be better to have them keyed to my ignition key. thanks.

and

Chelseadude was looking for Vario panniers for the 1200
