panniers wanted

Is there anyone out there that wishes to sell panniers and liners for a GS1200 !!!! Im just making sure before I get them from the dealers. How much should I pay and where from. I need them for the start of October as I am going to Spain on the beast with my mate who has a GS1150 so your help would be appreciated.

Dealers down south are doing them for around 360-380 with coded locks, can't remember what the liners cost...
