I've just ordered some new case for the bike.

I may put the system set up for sale here.

But how do I overcome the issue with the locks? Obviously I won't be giving a spare key for the bike away with them, so how would I overcome giving someone (if they buy them) locked or unlocked panniers?

I know a BMW dealer can sort the locks - but I just wondered how you would overcome the issue in the meantime.

All I did was remove the lock barrel and the new owner just re-coded them with his key

Leave them unlocked and a dealer (or clever person) will be able to rekey them. DAMHIK
