Having now done the job you begin to wonder one of two things:
Either the mechanic has no experience and doesnt know what he is talking about.
Or
They want to make the job sound so difficult that they get the work.
Either way they are assuming that the people they are talking to don't know what they are talking about which is a dangerous assumption to make especially in this modern digital age!
