cut and weld sub frame so its better for mounting a top box:blast(but theyre so handy)
brace the pannier frames
replace exhaust with something better
junk the fairing and have double Baja style headlamps??
new valves+guides ,timing chain ect
rebuild starter motor:blast

im on a budget so wont be setting up an account at HPN :aidan

is that my ratchet strap hanging up there(the red one)

no yours is the frayed one in the bin:D

Rob just to let you know i have started taking orders for my custom made workshops (sheds). and the web site will soon be live www.shantysheds.com:P

how worn can the teeth be on the flywheel (cant load the pics at mo):thumb

NOW THATS A SHED.

You need to get them shrubs cut back though.

Is that the latest "high security" carpet door and do you use Fabreeze on it:aidan

Sorry pastyman but theyre not shrubs, that my friend is a herb garden:aidan
the high security carpet door is the lastest and before you ask yes it did cost a fortune. still my moto is "if youve got it flaunt it:P":P
i had to stop using fabreeze as it was affecting the the taste of my lasagna (being so close to me erbs ) plus it was also preventing them having organic status:D
hopefully youll be able to see the teeth on my flywheel, theyre a bit worn maybe too worn what ya reckon?
Very pleased with the little 1/4 inch drive socket set from halfords £15 in the sale and its great esp using it for allen bolts:thumb
had a tidy up tonight as i tend to just want to keep taking the bike apart and not lable or bag anything (im too impatient:comfort). now its much better tools in their places and starting to make a pile of stuff for powder coating:thumb Going for white frame with some sparkly bits in it to make it worth cleaning:cool:
some bolts were VERY tight(airbox mounts:mad:) and only had 1 that wouldnt budge which was holding the front mudguard on.View attachment 146338

The shed is great! Shame about the burglarised ratchet strap and bungies, I hope you got a police incident number for the insurance claim:aidan

I was being very careful to bag and label everything and still ended up playing the game of "Where the fuck did that come from?" last weekend :augie

Currently the wiring is being redone then once it's finished and tested out on the bike out come the carbs for a spring clean :D

im not sure i believe your explanation , because with all the security measures you have on your shed , HOW DID THEY GET IN ,
i understand the security carpet door was closed, so i cant figure it out , unless you left a window slightly ajar!!!!!!!!!!!!!
