Those of you who have been on the board a while may remember that back in Agust last year I was having some problems with getting my bike booked in for a service with Park Lane. At the time, having discussed the issue with Park Lane I said that I would give them a second chance.
In November I gave them that second chance. The story that unfolds from this is long and so I'm not going to post it here, however I have written to Park Lane explaining the situation (the letter is six pages long) and how I feel that the company needs more time before I feel comfortable using their Battersea after sales service centre.
This is an issue that I have personally had with the after sales service and may not reflect the service that others may have with them and relates to the service side only, not other parts of Park Lane of which I have no expereince.
