Part Identification ?

Hey Folks,

Anyone able to identify this part, or where it might live on a ‘22 1250 GSA ?

I washed the bike and found this on the drive when I was done. I’m guessing I knocked it off with the wash mitt, but it looks like a bump stop or grommet of some kind ?

I realise now I should have left it filthy !

It’s the final drive breather, goes on the inside face of the final drive, at the front, top

i don't know how you could allow yourself to be photographed , with nails like that ! go get a manicure .
