I have a few parts off my harley and I was wondering are they worth selling or should I just leave them in the garage?
I can't see them ever going back on?

There is the standard exhaust the standard air cleaner and the standard speedo (showing less than 10 miles) standard fuel cap standard rocker covers and I think the standard seat.
All off a forty eight and where replaced before the bike left the showroom so have never been used.

And what would they be worth?

Should I just stick them on eBay and let the make what they make?

Strange, but STD parts are not worth that much... Considering how much they are new!!

I would keep them, then come sell time put them all back on and sell the bike as standard, you can then sell the bolt on stuff which is always popular and has value...

What Obi-wan Twizzle says....but, unlike me actually change them over when you sell...or you end up with shelves full of Harley tat....:blast

Everything ...

... has a price; for example, the rear downpipe on my Electraglide Sport is made almost entirely of rust, a new replacement is £498 + VAT = £600  So I've just bought a complete set of OEM headers and heat shields from eBay US for £65, the downside being a similar cost to post and a bit of duty :nenau

What I'm trying to say is that your stuff will sell, just maybe not for what you expect

ps -What is the seat off ?

Probably not much. I'll bet there 10's of thousands of stock Harley mufflers and airbox's laying around in garages. I bet 90% of all Harley's sold have aftermarket ones fitted. What about making a pair of lamps from your stock mufflers?
