Parts Microfiche on line - All BMW Bikes

Sorry to bring this old thread back, but I've found it really handy in identifying parts and numbers.

I was wondering however if I'm missing a bit of info. I have a 2007 F650GS, but the site only mentions 2007 bikes when looking at the F650GS/M models.

Is the site out of date, or should I be looking at the /M listings?

Expect loads more newbie questions by the way

For other useful links for part numbers look under the "Useful Links" at the top of the page, then go to the "Technical" section.

Jackie has an'06 650GS and I use the GS/M sections without problems
 
X Challenge plug spanner?

Calling XC owners. Did you get a plug spanner with the standard BM tool kit ?
I didnt! Had a play, the easiest way to remove the plug (on the trail) seems to be by unbolting the horn to gain access to the plug - just need a spanner! Anyone had the plug out?

I notice that where there are prices they are all in dollars.

Are there any uk based suppliers of these parts apart from BMW direct.

Only Motorworks and Motobins and they buy from BMW like me and you.........so in essence no
 
it is sometime alot cheaper to by direct from BMW than from anywhere else. They don't charge postage and they prices are not upped by ignorants( see ebay handgaurd sales)
