Passenger seat

Hi all. I have a R1200gs and am happy with the bike all together. don't have a car and don't know how to drive one. Have been thinking abut the F800gs alot. Does anyone use the bike two up and how your passenger feels on the seat? would be some long distance involve not often but is there.

It's not as roomy as the 1200GS for two up, and the seat isn't as comfortable.

Agree with wot Tim said.

It also depends on how big you and your passenger are, I'm 6'2" and 17 stone - and there's not a lot left over for 5' and size 8 Mrs K........

My girlfriend and I have done a few long distance ish (600 miler) trips. She had no complaints. That said women do have more upholstery in the rear compartment

thanks guys maybe i have to take the bike for a weekend out or rent one. I really love the way evryone said is nimble.

i'm 6"1' and 12 stone. had my lady on a day trip over christmas and she thought it very comfortable, but she's pretty slight. perfect for us, but for a bigger couple it might not be so useful.

I should add that we are both about 80kg and the same height 173cm / 5' 7"

we both are normal people .we had a bit of a hard time touring on the 650gs single. the 1150 and 1200 were great . trying to justifying buying a second bike that we could take it for a trip down to California from Vancouver 3000km. love the 800gs.I grow up in Iranand have a thing for enduros.
