PayPal disputes ??

Our eBay buyers just say they have not received the item when they want a freebie and then claim through paypal they always get their money back most never want a replacement sending they just demand a refund you need the learn to play the paypal game

Well what checks? Being bigger or smaller than expected is fair enough . But every name different and all different fonts is not right

From my reading of the distance law, i cant ask for refund without a reason when they are perdonslised. But this isnt case dont want then anymore. We still want then just want them done correctly

So this means he could put one in size 12 font and other size 72 and its mu fault?

I sent request and told him all women were medium and had told him these were normal sizes. If seller knew ge sells different sizes then what amount if searching would i find?

The errors were beyond whst i can give. I gave him 2 sets sizes in medium, large etc and number sizes , size 10, 12 etc.

He sent info on bottoms and we got the sizes correct. He also re assured me tshirt sizes shouldnt shrink and are oj par with normal clothes here and not small fitting

Be very careful how you handle this if you want to stand any chance of getting your money back if it all goes to shit.
You only have a set amount of time to open PayPal disputes, you'd need to check how many days it is but say it was 30 days for example from date of purchase, you wait 14 days for delivery, then 5 days for him to return from holiday, then another 14 days for the items to be fixed and returned and they come back wrong again or not at all then you can't put in a dispute. I actually think it's 60 days but you get my point. Same thing happened to me before and I ended up not getting what I'd paid for because I waited for the seller to come up with the goods.
Also if you bought them through eBay try and make sure all correspondence is through eBay. When you lodge a dispute you will be asked if you have tried sort things with the seller and they will check to see the messages sent back and forward.

Were bought online from shop website in irelanf. I talked through facebook on his page as was easier for both of us

We settled if he sorts womens sizes out we will keep rest gear as quality and comfort id superb for price

Said i will pay to have correct 10 ladies items posted and return Wrong sized ones. Rest of the odd sized text we will use and chalk it down to experience

As said we need these so its not ideal fir me get money back as they are ideal for what need when they fit.

Paypsl is 2 weeks payment was made today 1week so if sorted monday great if not will put dispute in

But looks like he happy arrange to fix it to avoid bad press and paypal issues

If he does it i will buy more as items are so good i will use then for work and training as high end for low cost

Next time, John, get a price from trevmcdev8 of this parish, who posted earlier in the thread.
Excellent quality, excellent embroidery.
Not sure how the price would compare but worth asking.
