It’s a Cold Winters Evening, have a gander at Julies Video’s.
Passenger perspective , a good view of Dark and White Peak. November 2010. Peak District.
Quite cold seeing 2.5 to 3.5 deg C all day. Julies bike in hibernation till April. So it’s a two up viewing platform. Enjoy the colours. See if you can pick out where some excellent off road trails start and end. For all the off road riders. Privileged to live so near to the Peak District.
Usually have a run around late autumn for the colours and all.
Julies Video 1 from the back of my GS Adventure. Ringinglow road to Burbage and Stannedge to Bamford road, crossing to Hope. Steady ride for filming, need to have me wits about me with Julie twisting around on the back, exciting. Like wrestling a pig. Squeeeeel Boy. Hope you enjoy.

Video 2 Hope onto Edale , Speedwell Cavern to Castleton. Lot of camera shake after Edale as I think its left on zoom for a bit. Should have seen how bad it was before edit. Lol.

Video 3 Castleton, up back road , pass the end of Dirtlow Rake follow road to Anchor Pub then Cross to Tideswell , Millers Dale, heading for Chelmorton - battery dies here. New power and start near Edensor, Chatsworth, get to Beeley, I would like to do Matlock then up toward Blackrocks and then Ashbourne , Monyash and lunch, when I casually mention this at Beeley in a response to “where are you going ?” Julie uses the Vulcan Death Grip on my shoulder to get my attention. “OK I AM FREEZING!” “Head back to Tideswell was the cry!!! ” Stop in Chatsworth to film Deer Herd briefly. “Can’t be that cold!” “What you muttering about?” “Nothing Dear ready to move off at your Command My Sweet!”

Video 4 Edensor , Hassop, back of Thornbridge Hall and up over the top to Tideswell and Vanilla Kitchen for a fantastic feed and a thaw out.
Mission Completed.
