Went for a wee bimble tonight. Have had a rotten week what with bereavement and lousy chest infection. Had a beer on the return leg and everything was looking better.
Side stand down (only not quite) and bike lands on the head guard and I'm catapulted into the Peony bush.
Wife is on the swing seat, reading the paper and casting a proud eye on her biking hero 
. Neighbours are having a barbie.
Anyhoo, adrenaline lift and nobody spotted a thing
, apart from the missus.
Slight mark on the head guard and no marks on me AND I know I can lift her! Virginity lost, I can now relax.
The Peony is yellow but I'm pretty sure a red one would do as well. Great combo though!
