Well,I took the old girl to Heathrow and back today and was mightily impressed how smooth it was.

I thought having only a 5 speed box might be a hindrance but it sits at 80 ish nicely on the M way and fires down back roads with bundles of torque.


I loved my GSA12 when I had it for 2 1/2 years but I must say that this thing does seem to have soul that the 12 never had.

It also seems to have a solidness and 'hewn from granite' feeling that was missing in the GSA-and I'm not just saying that as I don't have the 12 anymore.

So,overall I'm more impresses that I thought I would be.

Can't wait for a long trip now,such as GOTC 2010 to stick the panniers on and give it a decent run.
