I don't know if this has been posted yet....if it has ...sorry!!! But if not, it might be worth signing to let the bar-stewards in Westminster know that there is a large number of us out here that it will effect......just an idea:thumb

I signed it, but with any politician, they go their own way.....

Signed. But you just know it will be ignored. The authorities dislike motorcyclists. We have a hooligan image (which some play up to) we take up road space driving for no other reason than the shear joy of it. We play havoc with their neat casualty statistics and there is no real British motorcycle industry to feel the pain if we all stopped buying bikes.

If motorcycles were invented tomorow they would be banned but they are here and legal so they have to find other ways to make us hang up our helmets and take up golf.

Signed it, but the only thing I trust about a politician is that they will do whatever suits them best.

Maybe they want bikes to pay vehicle tax to pay for their second homes or blue movies!

signed it too

signed the petition, do the MP's claim back their road tax as an expense? like their 'second homes' , time for a complete shake of the system up me thinks

signed

a bit pissed off about this really

my wife has just bought a Peugeot 107, which comes in at £35 a year tax

my bike does 70mpg, doesnt contribute to congestion, only causes half the wear and tear on the roads (only have half as many wheels!) and meets all the emissions regs yet costs almost twice as much to tax

rant over

Signed it, keep riding I say and if they make biking illegal still keep riding!!!:D
