I am using a Garmin 660 with a starcom system can i bluetooth my phone via the sat nav?

Yes but you will need a special lead from starcom to be able to talk to the phone, works well. I think the cable is a CAB66,( but check with starcom) this allows two way, mike and audio connectiom to the GPS, the standard one just has audio.
