Phone packed up after O2 update ?

Weird.

had some kind of an update from O2 this morning and its crashed my phone.

they did mention that I may need to reboot it but the screen is just a mush what ever I do.

anyone else had this ?

Have you tried pressing the round centre button & the on/off button togther for 20 seconds?

It might allow you to power it off and try again.
