Trying to find out if you can get a twin sim card phone. I seem to remember they were about some years ago but not any more.
I have a contract phone which gives me reasonable call charges to uk but have another pay as you go (Mobile World) i use to call abroad particularly the states, using this system has cut my monthly bill from up to £500 to a max of £140.
Its just a pain to have to carry two phones and Mobile world is only Pay asYou Go at the moment so have to keep topping up. Done lots of searches on the net but no luck so far. Just thought I would try to tap some of the world wise travellers on here
Any help or suggestions most helpfull :thumb2

I have tried a couple of these over the years but they have always been a problem one way or another. Now I find it easier to use two phones or change the sim card.

Ahhh...not what I'm after. I need soemthing so that I can have the same number on two phones or in other words a way of copying one card.

I have my 'carry around phone and a phone that fits my inbuilt car kit, I have to swap the card over all the time. One phone is a Samsung and the car one a Nokia.

The wife has duel sim in her in-built sytem in her volvo.

all you do is switch of your hand-held phone and the calls go to your car .

only downside is outgoing calls from the phone in the car are from a different number .

its on orange but they only do it for corporate customers not for private individuals (had that argument with them many times ):spitfire

Thanks guys some usefull info there will have a look and let you know how it works out :thumb2
