Photoshop CS2 screen profiles

I've just loaded CS2 onto my computer it gives this message when it starts up. Any ideas on calibrating monitors or what the message means? I haven't got any calibration software to rerun

The monitors a 19" Dell Ultrascan flatscreen.

Colour Settings

Rob Set the profile to sRGB IEC61966-2.1 also set the working space to the same.
In printer setup set the profile to let photoshop control the colour settings and use the same working space, this way you will get on the print what you see on the screen.

It has always been the case that CRT screens are better than LCD screens when determining colours but the newer crop of LCD's are very good and its unlikely that you'll see a difference.
