Any reason why a set advertised for the 12GS wouldn't fit the 1150? Is the wiring that different?

Lights are lights.
The 1200 uses a CANBUS control system so any CANBUS trickery sold with the lights would be of no use to you but you'll be able to wire them up 'old style' with a relay etc

The 1100/1150's are wired completely different from the 1200.

That said if the lights were being run from a fusebox, I can't see how the wiring in that case would be different
