Just got back from Keswick on my PD, some great riding roads up that neck of the woods. Here's a pic of my bike for no particular reason

I know David, they made me park it in that exact spot! I went for some great ride outs, but guess what. Left the camera both times in the tent!!

The camera I carry is so small, it just sits unobtrusively in the pocket of my jacket.
But even so, sometimes I just can't make myself stop to take photos, it seems to disrupt the ride; at other times it seems right...
where is that campsite? looks quite posh.
Looks like the caravan and camping club site at Keswick, just of the main town behind the rugby club!
You win the prize ferret! Very nice site and central for all the walks/town/ etc etc and only 7.50 a night!

.... Think I paid £14/£15 two years ago.....I'm not a club member and just turned up.....Lovely site though, and so near to the main drag in Keswick.....
Do they allow you to park your vehicle by your tent?
They wont allow you to park on the grass, that little area is for bikes/back packers but you have to leave bikes on the hard standing. I think it's because its very low ground and prone to the lake flooding.

I stayed at that site back in June.. really nice site. Shame when I was there the only bikes about were harleys.
