I know David, they made me park it in that exact spot! I went for some great ride outs, but guess what. Left the camera both times in the tent!!

The camera I carry is so small, it just sits unobtrusively in the pocket of my jacket. But even so, sometimes I just can't make myself stop to take photos, it seems to disrupt the ride; at other times it seems right...

I'm not a club member and just turned up.....Lovely site though, and so near to the main drag in Keswick.....

Click to expand... They wont allow you to park on the grass, that little area is for bikes/back packers but you have to leave bikes on the hard standing. I think it's because its very low ground and prone to the lake flooding.
