You would be missing out. If you skip the bigger town (which we did), it really is a very quite place. Barely anyone on the roads... We found it very quiet and peaceful actually.

Maybe one day. Every forum I have been on has loads of bods going there and it's put me off as I want to be away from the crowds.

Maybe one day. Every forum I have been on has loads of bods going there and it's put me off as I want to be away from the crowds.

Seriously, once you get outside the very popular areas, there's no-one about. It's a massive area. Even if the park is too populated for you, you won't have to travel for long to find solitude. I'm unlikely to stay in Potes again but there are plenty of other towns that offer what you require.
