There's not as many decent places to mount it on the new bike At least on the last gs you could mount it out of the way.

Mine's tucked up behind the rad on the LHS.

Not sure I'd like it hanging off the front wheel.

Fair point. Hope it doesn't happen again.

Never really understood why anyone would want to nick one, in years gone by maybe but now when it's all on a central data base, seems daft.

I know the plods like to see a tax disc as it means you may have an MOT and insurance but these days it seems irreverent to me. The DOT commission 60 million disc's a year, in times of cuts, cuts and more cuts it seems a cost we could all do with out.

I also think bikes should be tax free but hay ho!

Mine was hung off the wheel\front fork on my last bike using one of the Oxford tube holders. Looking to get another one for the GS...a bit more secure and water proof.
