piece of shit apple crap !!!!!! help needed

Not from me, I love my Apple stuff. Have people really forgotten the constant upgrades needed with MS, the bloated software and antivirus needed to keep it safe, the shared DLL files etc, etc :blast

Google maps on the iPhone is excellent and it will be sorted for the mapping on the iPad.

Hmm sounds to me that"will be sorted" Is an upgrade,oh and who needs anti virus, dont go on dodgy sites, dont open dodgy emails.no worries..:blagblah

Not true.

I got an email virus in my Hotmail late last year and I didn't even open it or the attachment/payload. It came from the Royal Navy Motorcycle Club of all places. It copied itself to every contact I had and was a source of great embarrassment explaining to people how my PC had caused them problems. It was a bitch to remove using anti malware software, my Kaspersky AV software missed it completely despite being up to date and active.

I have also had my Hotmail account hacked twice in the past.

Some clever buggers out there exploiting computer security one way or another.

I'm no Apple hater. Have iMac, iPad, iPhone 3GS, but not a "fanboy". Waiting to see if the next iPhone will have a decent screen and sensible price and I might consider changing, but it will have to be better than current Galaxy range.

I was 'Ditto' in December. Got a Galaxy phone for work (well, two actually), and the Missus bought me a Nexus 7 (with a Times Subscription) for Christmas.

Can't see me changing from Mac kit soon if my own money is at stake. Specifically, the biggest differences (for me) on the Android stuff is the ability to download stuff (good), the need to consult a manual (or more acurately online forms) when I need to change something, and the constant and endless typos due to the screen sensitivity/ on screen keyboard (not good). At the moment, the last of these is a deal breaker for me.
