Below is my decoying kit which I put together and it served me well, my biggest bag being about 130 birds achieved using it.
I appreciate its subjective but reckon this is a solid portable starting set-up to get you out decoying successfully or alternatively plenty of additional kit.
It comprises: 22 flocked shells, 5 large sitters selection of eeeezy wobblers and spring pegs plus a pack of neck props for dead birds , 5 5 adjustable hide poles ( The extra pole allows for a tighter camo net), Standard DMP camo net plus stealth ghost net.
There are a couple of flocked bouncers/flappers (wings shown in the bag) but I can't find the poles for them. Could be easily made from old tent poles.
Large Dutch navy canvas kit sack it all fits in which has shoulder straps so it can be worn on the back to allow you to hike a reasonable distance with it all. Take it all away for £75, too awkward to post I'm afraid.
