That's the second headlight bulb blown in 53,000 miles.

Should have fitted a HID setup, you'd have saved a fortune...!
Demonstrating a 1150 is the superior model. I've never had a blown bulb in 70k miles.
Sounds like grounds for a goodwill claim to me 
What mode were you using it could be down to a selection error on your part....
