Pillion Back Rest

Anyone know of a back rest available for a pillion, to be fitted to a 1200gs. I'd rather not have one thats not part of a rear pannier, but a seperate fitting.

I'm guessing you've found what your looking for by now but if not Goggle up A&S BMW (Sparks, Nevada). I've dealt with them on a couple occasions and the service was superb. I purchased the Stealth Backrest and am very pleased with it. Hope this helps.

Manchester Harley Davidson sell a very neat one that converts to a rack too.

It costs £8200,with a free dual purpose Buell Ulysses attatched to it.....

Little steep for a backrest tarka I had an opportunity to ride the Ulysses yesterday. I'm glad I spent the $300.00 US for the Stealth backrest for my GS.
